The old roof on this stylish property was in need of a total overhaul. To rejuvenate the roof a major task was undertaken, as the pictures show the old roof needed to be stripped and re-decked to accommodate a new copper roof.
Whereas before the old felt roof needed to be replaced every 5 years, laid in copper baton roll style not only gives the new roof 100 years of life, but also increases the value of the property.
