The old roof on this stylish property was in need of a total overhaul. To rejuvenate the roof a major task was undertaken, as the pictures show the old roof needed to be stripped and re-decked to accommodate a new copper roof.
Laid in copper style baton roll not only gives the new roof 100 years of life, whereas before the old felt roof needed to be replaced every 5 years, but also increases the value of the property.
